Terra Attard is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over 25 years of experience working on a variety of asset classes including retail, office, industrial and mixed-use developments throughout Canada and the United States. Terra’s experience spans from her work in public, private, and pension organizations with over $5 billion in transaction volume. She has also served as a Trustee for a TSX listed REIT.

At Salthill, Terra works collectively on investments and oversees all real estate advisory services and corporate responsibilities.

As an active ICSC member, Terra is also an ICSC Foundation Mentor.
