Principal, Chief Operating Officer

Terra is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in multi-asset classes throughout Canada and the United States. Terra’s experience spans from her work in public, private, and pension organizations with over $5 billion in transaction volume. She has also served as a Trustee for a TSX listed REIT. At Salthill, Terra works collectively on investments and oversees the asset management and all real estate advisory services.
