Sue Young
Senior Manager, Human Resources & Payroll

Sue Young has over 20 years of experience working in Human Resources.

Sue manages Salthill’s Human Resources department, where she is responsible for the day-to-day operations and functions including development of internal policies and processes, payroll and renumeration processes, recruitment and hiring processes.

Before joining Salthill, Sue provided leadership and support for an organization of over 4,600 members and managed 12 direct reports.

Sue holds a designation for both CHRP (Canadian Human Resources Professional) and PLP (Payroll Leadership Professional).
